FLASH PROMO T&Cs

Terms:

1. Under this plan, you can enjoy up to 3 or 5 lessons a week every week (subject to the plan you purchased) for the period of your payment.

2. Any lesson falling on a public holiday will be skipped. You will not be able to make-up that lesson, receive a credit or refund.

3. Changing lessons / make-up classes are permitted providing there is 24 hours advance notice prior to the start of class. Furthermore, making up that lesson must be completed within the following 7 days. Any un-made up classes will be forfeited.

4. Refunds are not permitted except when the Company cancels the paid class(es). In such instances, there will be a full refund on the unused classes. ​

5. Unused classes may not be refunded or carried forward to regular in-person learning centre lessons.

Cancellation:

1. You can cancel anytime by emailing info@babington.edu.hk.

2. The date of your email will be the effective date of cancellation.

Other terms and conditions:

With the exception of the above which will take precedence, our standard policy applies.
