Enter your registered email address.

ONE TIME PASSWORD

A one-time password will be sent to you by SMS and email. Both of these are the same.

Copy the 6-digit code and enter in the box.

SELECT SUBSCRIPTION

Select the subscription you want to cancel.

CANCEL SUBSCRIPTION

Click Cancel Subscription

CONFIRM CANCELLATION

Give a reason for termination and click Confirm Cancellation. Your subscription will be cancelled at the END of your paid billing term.

Note: For this tutorial, the cancellation was executed on the 28 July, but as you can see, the system will cancel the subscription on the 23 August, which is the last date of the paid billing term.

Here you can see your subscription details such as when your subscription will end.
