Policy

1. This is a one-to-one online English tuition service provided by Babington Educational Organisation Ltd (herein, Babington) for children aged 4-12 years of age. 

2. This offer is valid for Hong Kong frontline workers only.

3. A frontline worker is defined as those employed serving the public on the front line of Hong Kong such as doctors, nurses, emergency services, public janitors and those in the private sector offering essential services to the community such as supermarket employees. Since such definition is not provided by the HKSAR Government, Babington will adopt the definition of a frontline worker from the official list of critical workers as published by the Department of Education by the United Kingdom. 

4. Applicants are required to submit proof showing their name, post and department. The name must match the name on the credit card.

5. Applications are subject to Babington's final approval.

6. In using our service, parents agree with our general policy and our privacy policy. 

7. This promotion is for Package A (HK$2477)  and Package B (HK$3628) only and limited to the first 100 customers. Quotas will be assigned on a first-come-first-served basis. 

8. The 20% discount will be valid for 3 billing months only, where thereafter, you will be charged at the original price as stated on the pricing page. 

9. The code can be used once only, which thereafter will expire. 

10. The code can only be used for the applicants' own children.

11. As with all our monthly plans, you can cancel your service at any time through the "My Account" section of this website. 

12. This promotion is for NEW STUDENTS only. A new student is defined as a student not having been enrolled in any Babington Education learning centres within the past 90 days.

13. Each student can enjoy this promotion once only. 

14. Each class can be used once only. 

15. Trial classes are not permitted to be used with this offer. 

16. The class cannot be exchanged for cash. Unused classes cannot be refunded, extended or converted.

17. Refunds are not permitted for whatever reason. 

18. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with other offers.

19. Parents are required to schedule the minimum number of classes each week, depending on your chosen package: 

    • Package A (HK$2477): a minimum of 3 classes per week ​

    • Package B (HK$3628): a minimum of 5 classes per week

20. Bookings for classes are made on a first-come-first-served basis. While Babington endeavours to match your requested schedule, Babington is not obligated to fulfil your requested schedule. In the event that your schedule is not met, we will offer you alternative schedules. There will be no refunds in cases where parents cannot select a schedule. 

21. The policy presented here and on the associated Policy section of our website will be prevalent and the most up to date policy. 

22. In any disputes between the English version of the policies and the Chinese version, the English version will prevail.

23. Babington reserves the right the amend this policy without notice and the right to the final say in any disputes. 

24. Babington has the absolute right to interpret these terms and conditions. In case of any disputes, the decision of Babington shall be final and binding on all parties concerned.
