After only four lessons with Teacher Richard, Kyle is thoroughly enjoying his phonics lessons and has already shown notable progress in a relatively short period of time. He is showing an interest in sounding out random words encountered during his day to day routine, and I think that self-driven enthusiasm is a testament to how much he is getting out of Teacher Richard's fun, engaging and clearly effective lessons. It is also a pleasure to see the rapport between the two of them during lessons - to share a joke and a laugh amidst all the learning. As Teacher Richard gets to know Kyle more, I have no doubt that he will find even more ways to pique Kyle's interest and enable him to get the best out of himself.
