Terms & Conditions

1. Relationship with Babington Education

   1. Babington Education Organisation Ltd (herein, BE) is offering this current promotion in collaboration with BIO-LINK (HOLDINGS) LTD (herein, the Company). 

   2. BE and the Company are independent non-related companies. BE’s roles is that of a promoter of the Product. 

   3. BE is not liable for any issues arising from the use of the Product. 

   4. BE will not be liable or involved in any disputes between the customer and the Company in relation to the Product.
       

2. The leased product

   1. The leased product is the Bio-Link water filtration system (Model No. DT-100) (herein, the Product) and is the property of the Company and is leased to the customer under these terms and conditions.

   2. If in 24 consecutive months, no annual packs of filters are purchased, the Company reserves the right to terminate the lease and to collect the Product within 7 working days. 

   3. In cases where the customer fails to return the Product in 7 days, the customer agrees to purchase the Product for HK$18,000, payable in an additional 7 working days. 
      ​

3. Lifetime warranty

   1. Lifetime warranty is subject to the purchase of the filters (annual pack of 7) (herein, the Filters).

   2. Every purchase of Filters initiates 12 months of warranty starting from the date of purchase. 

   3. In cases where the warranty period has lapsed, the customer can purchase a new set of Filters to initiate a new 12 months of warranty. 

   4. The Company will not provide free repair service on damage caused by misuse, negligence, accident or being altered by unauthorized person other than our technicians.
       

4. Service

   1. Onsite service is provided free of charge subject to issues arising from natural wear and tear. Any repairs due to damage caused by misuse, negligence, accident or being altered by unauthorized person other than our technicians may incur parts and labour charges.

   2. The Company will provide service within office hour (9:00am - 6:00pm) from Monday to Saturday (advance arrangement required). No service will be provided on Sundays and Labour Holidays. Service, may be suspended with prior notice due to typhoon or heavy rain storm.
       

5. Delivery fee

   1. Delivery fee is optional for customers requiring delivery. 

   2. The delivery fee for the Product is $380.

   3. Customers may collect the Product from the Company’s office at 

   4. Flat E, 20/F., Gold King Industrial Building, No. 35-41 Tai Lin Pai Road, Kwai Chung, N.T. Hong Kong

   5. Filters are delivered to the customer free of charge.
       

6. Product installation

   1. The Product is plug and play, meaning all is required is a power outlet.

   2. The customer will be responsible for installing the Product. 

   3. Filters are plug and play and are installed by the customer.

   4. In cases where the customer uses the Company delivery service, the Company technician will install the machine and filters for the Customer and provide a tutorial. 
       

7. Changes to terms and conditions

   1. The Company reserves the right to change any terms of the warranty in the coming maintenance renewal year.
       

8. General terms

   1. Except in respect of death or personal injury caused by the Seller's negligence, the Seller shall not be liable to the Buyer by reason of any representation (unless fraudulent), or any implied warranty, conditions or other terms, or any duty at common law or under the express terms of the Contract, for any indirect, special or consequential loss or damage (whether for loss of profit or otherwise), cost, expenses or other claims for compensation whatsoever (whether caused by the negligence of the Seller, its employees or agents or otherwise) which arise out of or in connection with the supply of the Goods or their use or resale by the Buyer, unless the Buyer informs such defect to the Seller in writing within 7 days from the date of installation of the Goods.

   2. Subject to the terms of this Agreement, the entire liability of the Seller under or in connection with the Contract shall not exceed HK$500 (Five Hundred Hong Kong Dollars) except as expressly provided in these Conditions.

   3. The terms and conditions presented here will be the most up to date and applicable terms. 

   4. If there are any discrepancies, the English version shall prevail.
